All products submitted must be sealed, unopened, and unexpired. Products must have a minimum of 3 months remaining before their expiration date. We do not accept prescription medications, controlled substances, or products that require refrigeration.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided through our platform are estimates. The final payout amount is determined after we receive and physically inspect your products. Final amounts may be higher or lower than the initial estimate based on actual product condition and expiration dates.
4. Shipping
We provide free shipping for all accepted submissions. You may choose to receive a prepaid shipping label via email, a mailed shipping kit, or arrange a local pickup where available. You are responsible for properly packaging your items to prevent damage during transit.
5. Payment
Payment is processed within 48 hours of completing our inspection. Available payment methods include check, PayPal, Venmo, and direct bank deposit. You will be asked to choose your preferred payment method during the submission process.
6. Rejected Items
If any submitted items do not meet our quality standards, we will contact you to discuss your options. We can return rejected items to you at no cost or dispose of them responsibly. You will still receive payment for any accepted items.
7. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your submission and payment. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. All data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our service is limited to the amount paid to you for the relevant submission. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
